Crimping
Various automated crimping presses delivering consistent terminations for insulated and uninsulated connections including, ring/fork terminals, Molex, JST, Harwin, Deutsch, TE, IDC modular, RJxx and ribbon assemblies
Soldering
From simple stripped, twist and tinned or soldered into connectors or splices, with changeable heat and tip shapes to ensure reliable connections with the minimum application of heat.
Our processes ensure items are RoHS compliant with periodic tests for traces of lead contamination.
Screw terminations
PCB terminal blocks and other screw clamp connections use a torque screwdriver to ensure they are tightened to manufacturers specifications.

Bootlace Ferrules
A common way to keep cable ends tidy for easy termination but a solid connection is bootlace ferrules - insulated or uninsulated using automated crimping tools to stay consistent.
Wire stripping
Almost all connections require wire to be stripped, to a precise depth to prevent strand damage and length for solid terminations. Automated wire strippers ensure the first is at the same dimensions as the thousandth to millimeter precision.
Quality Inspection
High magnification microscope, insulation resistance testing, continuity, dimension checks and visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process ensure workmanship meets with IPC-620 or your required testing standard.
